Your tasks in the team:
Do you speak Polish and want to apply your technical experience from the workshop in a modern environment? In this role, you’ll put your expertise as an automotive specialist to use while also serving as a key point of contact for our partners and customers.

- Finding solutions together: You are the first point of contact for technical warranty cases – by phone and in writing
- Analytical and precise: With your technical understanding, you will check the plausibility of claims reports and take responsibility for examining claims
- Data under control: You will process and monitor automated data imports for Poland in the warranty environment, ensure data quality and thus ensure a smooth process in the background.
- Coordinator with an overview: You manage our external partners, such as experts, and ensure that everything runs smoothly
- Keep an eye on costs: With your eye for detail, you monitor compliance with contractual regulations and ensure transparent cost control
- Communications expert: Whether car dealerships, manufacturers, experts or warranty recipients - you always keep everyone involved up to date and are a reliable contact person
That's what we want from you:
- Your passion for technology: You have completed automotive technical training, e.g. as a mechatronics technician or technician, and are ready to put your expertise at the service of our customers
- Service minded: You have a strong background in a service-oriented environment - for example as a service advisor - and you know how to engage and support customers in a way that builds trust and long-term relationships
- Independence and quality: You work in a structured, independent manner and have high standards for the quality of your work
- Communication and negotiation skills: You enjoy dealing with people, assert yourself where necessary and always find the right tone
- Language skills: You have a very good knowledge of Polish, supplemented by English or German, so that you can confidently exchange ideas with our partners, suppliers and colleagues.
